The location is great and convenient, just a short walk away from Natal Shark Board. 22 minutes drive to the airport, it is located literally in walking distance of many touristy spots in the area. Everyone who works in the hotel is superbly friendly and pleasant.

The location was excellent and particularly good, not far from numerous restaurants in the Gateway shopping centre, the Gateway shopping centre, and the south coast. The room was spotless, moreover luxurious with a balcony.

I had a wonderful stay at City Lodge Hotel Umhlanga Ridge. The hotel is in a prime location, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. The room was well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Rai, provided excellent hospitality and made me feel welcome. The parking space was also convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

I did experience some issues with the TV channels, as they kept changing without my control. Additionally, the noise from the street was a bit bothersome.

Additionally, it was conveniently close to the beach, which was a huge plus. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony on the 2nd floor, allowing fresh air to flow in. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was outstanding, with a great variety of options to choose from.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to the mall and everything we needed was within walking distance. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding and the hotel facilities were impressive. The secure parking was a bonus and the transportation was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
